These Terms and Conditions govern vehicle rentals and related services provided by NSZ Goa Ride. By placing a booking you agree to these terms. Please read carefully.

Booking & Confirmation

Bookings may be made via our website or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once we send a confirmation message including vehicle, dates, pickup location and deposit details.

Deposits & Payments

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals; amounts vary by vehicle category. Payment methods and full/partial payments will be specified at time of booking.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation terms depend on lead time and the vehicle. Refund processing time may vary. Contact support for specific cases; service fees may apply for last-minute cancellations.

Driver Eligibility & Documents

Renters must present a valid driving license, government ID (Aadhaar or passport), and be over the minimum age required for the vehicle. Additional documentation may be requested for luxury vehicles.

Usage Restrictions

Vehicles must be used in accordance with traffic laws. Unauthorized drivers, off-road use, or transporting illegal goods are prohibited. Violation may result in termination of rental and financial liability.

Liability & Insurance

All vehicles carry comprehensive insurance as part of the rental. Customers are responsible for damage resulting from negligence or breach of terms. Excess amounts may apply per incident.

Damage & Repairs

Report any damage immediately. Customers may be liable for repair costs where damage is caused by misuse. We reserve the right to deduct repair costs from deposits where applicable.

Force Majeure

NSZ Goa Ride is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa, India.
